"Eternal Fire" is a collaboration between young and small families from Indonesia and Australia; It was born from our desire to bring blessed and loving affirmations into people’s lives on a daily basis. However, as the seed of "Eternal Fire" took root, we realized it was much more than that. Our focus shifted to removing plastics, synthetics, and toxic chemicals from our bodies, homes, and the clothing industry itself. While simultaneously supporting organic and biodynamic farming practices, fair wages, and safe working conditions for clothing manufacturers. We aim to reduce our gross overuse of the planet's water and finite resources. We wish to return to our roots as a species. Fundamentally, it's about Love: love for oneself, love for another, and love for the planet.

Materials;

To achieve this vision, we create lovingly handcrafted and ethical clothing using 100% organic and biodynamic materials grown naturally with nothing but the nutrient rich soils, the life sustaining waters, and the miraculous power of the sun. Without the use of any carcinogenic and endocrine-disrupting pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Remember, our clothes are meant to protect and adorn us, not to slowly poison us wash after wash.

Dyes and Inks;

We use local and seasonal fruits, vegetables, and plant matter to dye and ink our clothes; from the tags to the printing and to the base color of the garment itself. Everything is made from the natural pigments and colours extracted and infused from leaves, bark, husks and flowers using only water and heat; Nothing toxic, nothing synthetic, and nothing petroleum based.

Ethical;

Each garment is woven by hand with minimal machinery in a small and ethically focused sew house in Bali, Indonesia, which is owned and operated by a young and incredibly skilled local woman. Her dream was to open her own small-scale slow fashion sew house focusing on equality and waste reduction. She works with friends and family and weaves everything with care and love.

Branding;

On our clothing, you’ll find little to no branding. Our intention is to help you feel good, both externally and internally without bombarding you with unnecessary branding. Remember, what we wear reflects who we are as a person; know of the companies ethos and intention before you freely advertise their logo, symbol or message.

Plastics and Packaging;

Everything is stored within and shipped 100% plastic and petrochemical free; Our clothes are stored in bags made from “cassava” and are shipped to you in parcels which are compostable and break down quickly.
